Orders and delivery FAQs

There is a ‘Buy Now’ option on the right-hand side of the report description page. Please click on the ‘Buy Now’ button and follow the instructions to purchase your desired report.

  • Step One: Select the report.
  • Step Two: Complete the payment via credit/debit card or wire transfer.
  • Step Three: Receive the invoice. In case of wire transfers, kindly sign the purchase contract and email it at sales@meticulousresearch.com.
  • Step Four: Upon confirmation of receipt of purchase order our dispatch team will share the report within 24 hours.

Our reports are delivered within 2–4 hours after the payment is confirmed. Some clients may face a minor delay due to the difference in time zones. However, all our published reports are dispatched within 48 hrs. of payment confirmation.

Kindly note that if your purchase is made on a weekend or holiday, we will contact you on the next working day.

The report will be shared with you electronically on your registered email address in the PDF format. Kindly whitelist our domain, i.e., @meticulousresearch.com, to ensure that our emails are delivered to your inbox. You can also mark emails from Meticulous Research® as ‘not spam.’

License types and purchasing options FAQs

Product licenses regulate the readership and distribution rights for our reports.

  • Purchasing a 'Single User License' grants one-person access to a specific report. This report must not be shared with other employees within the same company.
  • Purchasing a 'Multi-user License’ grants two to five users from the same department and company access to a specific report.
  • Purchasing an 'Enterprise License’ grants the entire company-wide audience access to a specific report. This applies to subsidiary companies or other companies within the group.

We generally do not encourage our clients to purchase individual segments from a study, as it may fail to provide a holistic landscape of the market. However, in special cases, select chapters can be made available based on your requirements.

Keeping our clients’ information safe is paramount to us. Our trusted partners, PayPal, CCAvenue, and other payment/banking partners, help us facilitate secure transactions. At any point, we do not store your details shared during online transactions.

As a standard company and industry practice, payments once made are non-refundable. The use of our products/reports is based on the concept of knowledge transfer, and therefore, a refund cannot be issued after the client has read the study. In an attempt to avoid such situations, Meticulous Research® offers transparent and comprehensive pre-purchase facilities to all clients.

Such problems are rare. However, you will get a notification while filling out the payment form if the gateway fails to verify your credit/debit card information. Generally, a billing address mismatch is the most common payment-related issue. However, in case you face any other issues, kindly contact us, and we will look into it right away.

This error code specifically refers to a billing address mismatch or low credit limit. The transaction may be declined if the billing address does not match the address to which the card statement is sent. This is usually due to a recent move where the address on file has not been updated properly.

It may also be possible that the credit card limit is running low or the bank has stopped the payment due to an irregular transaction, such as in the case of large amounts, for account safety. Kindly contact your bank and approve the transaction to complete the payment.

Post-sale queries FAQs

Meticulous Research® provides all clients with a free 60–minute access to our analysts with each purchase. This provides you the benefits of gaining insights from analyst’s perspective and also to get any of your report-related questions answered directly from analysts / concerned research team.

Meticulous Research® reports are designed to cater to all market participants throughout the value chain, holistically. However, due to the nature of operations and business objectives, it is possible that your research requirements are only partially covered in the available report. In such cases, we encourage you to share specific business requirements with us prior to making a purchase. We can cater to your requirements through our Customization Services or Consulting Services, as necessary. Our team will work with you to devise suitable scope in line with your requirements and deliver the same within given timeframe. You can also request post-sale customization if you don’t find what you need in our report.

We offer our clients a certain degree of free customization on publishes reports. This is typically equivalent to 40 hrs. of analyst support. In case you have not availed this service as a pre-sale facility, we encourage you to share your requirements with our sales team. The research team, post a feasibility check, will share the purview of the post-sale customization, along with the price (if applicable) and the delivery timeline.
