Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts for the supply of market research reports, custom research, and data services by Meticulous Market Research Pvt. Ltd.
1.1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of Services by Meticulous Market Research Pvt. Ltd. (the Company or the Supplier) to the Customer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Customer.
1.2.Any variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by Meticulous Research®.
2.1.Payment can be made by wire transfer/credit cards/payment gateways/bank cheques/wallets only. 100% payment will be required for the supplier to deliver the products & services.
2.2. The Supplier will send the deliverable in the electronic form to the customer upon payment verification.
2.3. The Supplier reserves the right to modify, update or run promotions on any service at any time.
2.4. The Supplier reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time. However, once the service has been ordered, the price shall remain fixed for the customer.
3.1. Co-operate fully with the Supplier to enable efficient delivery of research services.
3.2. Provide the Supplier with any information reasonably required for custom research scoping and order processing.
3.3. Keep the supplier notified of their correct name, corporate entity, postal address, and contact information.
3.4. Comply with all statutory requirements—particularly in regards to data protection, non-disclosure, and confidentiality.
4.1. The Supplier shall perform the services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with recognized industry standards and codes of practice under the Meticulous Standard.
4.2. Delivery of electronic survey material and published reports will be within 24 hours of receipt of confirmed payment, unless otherwise specified in a custom Service Level Agreement (SLA).
5.1. The Supplier shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by the Customer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in excess of the purchase price of the Services.
5.2. The Supplier shall not be liable under any circumstances to the Customer or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss of profit or other economic loss suffered by the Customer howsoever caused.
6.1.Meticulous Research® offers its products and services in the form of syndicate market research reports, consulting assignments, and custom research. All the products and services contain critical market information that is sold and delivered in electronic, downloadable format.
6.2. Owing to the digital nature of intelligence deliverables, products and services once purchased are deemed final and non-refundable. No cancellations will be accepted after payment has been completed.
7.1. Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, or unavailability of source of supply.
8.1. All project deliverables, research reports, proposals, questionnaires, brochures, sample pages, and survey materials provided by the Supplier remain the exclusive intellectual property of Meticulous Market Research Pvt. Ltd.
8.2. The Customer cannot at any time, without prior written permission of the Supplier, make copies or reproduction (in whatever format) of deliverables outside the terms of the licensed user scope (Single User, Site License, or Global Enterprise License).
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
